Leamington are based at the Your Co-op Community Stadium and have been one of Warwickshire’s strongest non-league clubs in recent years. The Brakes have played regularly at Step 2, rebuilt after losing their old Windmill Ground and retain a loyal local following.
The Your Co-op Community Stadium, also known historically as the New Windmill Ground, is the home of Leamington FC. It sits on Harbury Lane in the Warwickshire countryside, a couple of miles outside Leamington Spa, giving it a very different feel from a town-centre ground.
The stadium has a capacity of around 2,300, including a seated main stand with just under 300 seats. The rest of the ground is a mix of covered and open standing, with the pitch enclosed by practical non-league facilities rather than large permanent stands. The rural setting means the ground feels open and spacious, especially compared with tighter urban stadiums.
For neutrals, the main stand side is the best option for a clear view and cover, while supporters wanting atmosphere will usually find it behind the goals or along the busier standing areas. Because the ground is outside town, travel and parking planning matter more here than at grounds close to a railway station.
Leamington fixtures are not automatically segregated. Several recent away guides have stated that visiting supporters could sit or stand where they wished, and for many ordinary league matches away fans should expect general admission.
However, segregation can be used for higher-profile matches. Leamington have confirmed segregated arrangements for selected fixtures, so away supporters should always check the club's match arrangements before travelling. When segregation is in place, entry points, standing areas, bar access and movement around the ground may be controlled.
The ground is approached from Harbury Lane, and stewards will direct supporters once inside the stadium site. Visiting supporters should check whether they need to buy an online ticket, whether they can pay at the gate and whether parking should be booked in advance.

The Your Co-op Community Stadium is more convenient by car than by train. It is outside Leamington Spa itself, and while taxis are possible from the town or station, walking from the railway station is not realistic for most supporters.
On-site parking is a major advantage of the ground. Leamington have advertised a paid car park with around 370 spaces, with cheaper parking available when purchased in advance online and a higher price on arrival. For bigger fixtures, arriving early is sensible even with a large car park.
The ground can feel exposed in bad weather because parts of the spectator accommodation are open. If you want cover or a seat, arrive early. Supporters should also note match-specific rules; for example, drums have been refused for at least one fixture, so fans planning to bring flags, drums or larger items should check with the club first.
Leamington use online ticketing and commonly recommend buying in advance to reduce queues at the turnstiles. For many fixtures, supporters can also pay on the gate by cash or card, but the club's preferred route is usually online purchase.
For standard matches, admission is normally general rather than reserved seating. The main stand has limited seating, so supporters who specifically need or want a seat should arrive early unless the club has announced a different arrangement.
Away fans should check whether the fixture is segregated. If it is not segregated, away supporters can normally use the same ticketing route as home supporters and choose where to watch. If segregation is in place, ticket types, entrances and viewing areas may differ.
Supporters should follow standard ground rules at Leamington. Pyrotechnics, smoke bombs, pitch encroachment, throwing objects, abusive behaviour and entering restricted areas are not permitted. Alcohol should only be consumed in permitted areas and may be restricted by competition rules.
The club may apply fixture-specific restrictions, including segregation, controlled movement or restrictions on items such as drums. Supporters bringing flags, banners or musical instruments should check in advance rather than assuming they will be admitted.
Because the ground has a large but managed car park, supporters should follow parking marshals and avoid blocking access routes. Pedestrian routes, turnstiles and emergency exits should be kept clear at all times.
The Your Co-op Community Stadium has the advantage of on-site parking and a relatively open layout, but disabled supporters should still contact Leamington before travelling to confirm the best parking, entrance and viewing arrangements.
The main stand side is likely to be the most practical area for those wanting easier access to seating and facilities, while some standing areas may be more exposed or less suitable in poor weather. For segregated fixtures, arrangements may differ depending on the allocated areas.
Supporters with mobility needs should arrive early, especially if using the car park, so stewards can advise on the best route into the ground and the most suitable viewing position.
Regular public stadium tours are not advertised for the Your Co-op Community Stadium. Leamington operate the venue as a working non-league ground rather than a visitor attraction with scheduled tours.
Supporters interested in seeing the ground outside matchday, photographing it or learning more about the club should contact Leamington FC directly. Any access is likely to depend on staff or volunteer availability.
